OUTLOOK PROBLEM!

Al

I have just installed Outllok 2002 on my PC upgrading
from 2000 and it will not work now:

Unable to display the folder. Microsoft Outlook could not
access the specified folder location. The .DLL file for
the information service could not be found. MAPI was
unable to load the information service PSTPRX.DLL. Be
sure the service is correctly installed and configured.

Can anyone suggest an answer to this

Thanks

What if you go to Control Panel | Add/Remove Programs. Find Microsoft
Outlook (or Office if you installed it as part of the suite) and have it
do a "Repair" install.

I got the same problem, and it started the same way. I
have uninstall both office versions and reinstall Office
XP. Nothing happens except it only has the problem in the
user's profile. If I login as a admin or myself on his pc
it works fine. It just doesn't make any sense.

Create a new profile for the user.
