Outlook problem --strange one

Every time when the user open outlook, it got "MS office Outllok has
encoutered a prblem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
restart outlook if you are in the middle of something ......" but no error
code and no any error hint. Just Send error report or don't send button. It
keeps caming back and won't goes away except end task.

Please help. Searched MS knowledge base but didn't find any information.

Have you tried creating a new mail profile? (This is done with the mail
applet in the control panel. Also, make sure that you create new and do not
copy the existing.)

Tha didn't help but I did fully uninstall and reinstall office suite. It
works so far.
