Outlook problem in new WinXP install?

Hello,

I just did a clean install of WinXP SP2 and OfficeXP including Outlook 2002.
Almost everything seeme to be working fine. However, I imported the PST file
for Outlook and now when I
click on any mail item and some folders, I get a lockup so I have to do an
End Task.

Calander and Contacts seem to be OK.

Can anyone think of what I might do to fix this problem?
