Outlook printing garbage

I have a user that prints from Outlook 2003 and some lines comes out as
garbage. What could be the reason for this? Thanks in advance for answering.
 
Could be lots of things. You are not providing enough detail to work with
here. I'd start with updating the printer driver.
 
To add on, when she openand read it in Outlook 2003, it is ok but when she
prints, she will get garbage on a few lines.
