Outlook Printing Error - 1000

Dear all expert,

When our user try to print an email which is formated as "plain text" or
"RTF", the Outlook 2003 will be closed and evert logged:

Evert ID: 1000

Faulting application outlook.exe, version 11.0.8000.0, stamp 43599e06,
faulting module ric540k.dll, version 0.3.0.0, stamp 41c7c1b0, debug? 0,
fault address 0x0001e5d9.

I have searched the KB and Dr. goolge but nothing helps. Does any has idea
on it?

Ricoh printer? Are you sure your printer driver is up to date?

Good point! ^^

The problem is occurred since updated to Windows XP SP2 and joined to AD.

I will try to fix the problem by these ways:

1.) Update the printer driver
2.) Check the permission about the spooler file folder.

Let you about the result afterward.....
