Outlook print format alignment offset

I just realized that when I print out an e-mail, the text is offset to the
left 2 characters or so from the left end of the header (to / from / subject,
etc.)??

I now find this very irritating.

How can I change the default typesetting so that the left-side of the text
lines up vertically with the left-side of the header?

Thanks!

I forgot to add that when I vbiew the print templates, these two things DO
line up, but regardless of what print template I choose, the text is still
offset 2 or so characters to the left of the header.

Surely this can be changed !?!?!

I have determined that this behavior is peculiar ONLY to html format. In
Text format, the problem does not occur. Thus, it should be fixable with the
template used for html messages. However, I can't find it. Does anyone know
where this template is?
