outlook.prf file not included in O2KRK?

Everything I'm reading says that a sample outlook.prf file and
newprof.exe is included in the Office 2000 Resource Kit. I've searched
for these files on two systems with the RK installed and they aren't
there. Is there some kind of add-in that I need to download in order
to get these tools?

Did you install the toolkit? It's a separate download online, not sure on
purchased copies.

Yes, I downloaded it from MS's site.

According to
http://www.microsoft.com/office/ork/2000/journ/OutCreateProfile.htm,
Newprof.exe is installed with Office 2000. It's Modprof.exe and Outlook.prf
that are separate downloads, not part of the main RK tools.
