Outlook prefixes e-mail subject

Outlook prefixes e-mail subject with brackets [] and puts text in it.
example: [News] War on Terror
[Spam] Make more money
How do I turn this off?

Outlook doesn't do that by itself but some addin or your mail server might
be doing that.
