Hi,

I needed to set up a pop 3 account in my outlook. I went throught he process
and everything tests ok. I can't access or see my pop 3 account in outlook.
Should I have an inbox like the one I have for hotmail in the left column?

I get this message when I click send/receive: The Operation Failed. An
object could not be found.

thanks,

Lee

No, POP3 mail goes into the standard Inbox folders & such. It doesn't create
a new set of folders like Hotmail does

Have you tried a Detect & Repair?

Vince,

I was afraid of that. Can I still read that mail in outlook? Yes I did the
detect and repair for another reason. I lost my entire outlook data base
after installing the upgrade for mobile pc 5.0. The only way I could get it
back was to use the recovery utility in xp pro.

thanks,

Lee
