Outlook Phone Numbers Business 2: field

Does anyone know how to populate the Business 2: field
found on the Phone/Notes tab in Outlook? We can't find a
way do do this in active directory so our Executives can
have different/alternate business phone numbers listed in
Outlook. The field is there but how do you get info in
there???

Hi - if you're talking about active directory objects, this isn't an Outlook
issue. I presume you're using Exchange server - try posting in
microsoft.public.exchange.admin

Use ADSI edit. For some reason the GAL shows some attributes that cannot be
modified using ADUC.

Ok in ADUC under the General tab, click the "Other" button next to the
Telephone Number field. Then look at this article

I think the attribute in ADSI is called "otherTelephone".
