Outlook patched but cannot access some attachments

I am having trouble accessing some attachments to e-mails. Outlook removed
access to them. I have adjusted the following reg key
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\9.0\Outlook\Security
and added the following string
Level1Remove REG_SZ .exe; .url; .pdf; .dll; .msi; .chm; .mdb
This seems to fix some issues but i still cannot access some attachments
even though the file type has been listed - is there another (easier) way??
