Outlook paragraph formatting

I am trying to eliminate the extra space after each paragraph w/out having
to do it for every single email. I can't find it anywhere except in new
messages.

You can only change it in new mail - replies may use the style used by the
sender and you'll need to use shift+Enter to change it.
