Outlook & Outlook Express

I send attachments a great deal in Outlook. Most, if not
all people who receive my e-mails using Outlook Express,
cannot open, or do not even see my attachments. I've
worried over this for awhile now, and would appreciate
anyone telling me what I am doing wrong.

Check the following option in Outlook Express.

Click on Tools/Options/Security Tab. At the top are two check boxes, the
second one says "Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could
potentially be a virus". If this is checked (which I believe is the default)
it could be blocking the attachments you are sending. Turning this option
off could open the machine up for possible email viruses, but if you are
running updated antivirus software any emails with a virus should still be
stopped.

Hope this helps.

PMJI, but...

For Jeff's suggestion to help, it has to be done on your recipients'
systems not on yours...

All the best,
