Dear Sir,
If I chose to re-open and edit a message that has already been sent to the
Outbox in Outlook, it subsequently will not be sent despite saving the
message and clicking on send again. Above the email address there is a
caption, ‘Date’, against which none appears. Word is set as my email editor.
So far, I have elected to create a new message and cut and paste the
contents. If one is not careful and remains in the Outbox pane the next
message on the list is opened and the problem recurs. Is there a way around
this?
Yours sincerely,
