Outlook out of the office

Hello all.
When some users in the company needs to config out of the office, they
receive an error message and cannot continue.
I have recreated the outlook profile many times and also changed the machine
many times but the problem persists.

You need an Exchange Server to use the Out of Office Asst or you need to set

This is entirely true, and if you are connected to an Exchange server and
still getting this error, I would check to see if Outlook 2002/2003 has
disabled the Exchange command extensions. Select Help | About Microsoft
Outlook. Select the Disabled Items button to see if any addins have been
disabled.
