I have two users one running NT 4.0 using outlook 98 and
the other running XP Pro and Outlook 2002. Both are
have=ing the same problem. When the try to use the out of
office assistant the receive a message stating "The
command is not available. See the program documentation
about how to use this extension.
I checked the knowledge base and found the exact error
message and the fix which was to make a registry change to
the resiliency key. Neither machine has a resiliency key.
Any suggestions on how to fix this problem and / or an
explanation as to what causes it would be greatly
appreciated.
Thanks you
