Group,
I am using Outlook Xp, latest service pack, Windows 2000 Sp3. My Outlook is
missing the "Options" menu item. I do not know what happened to it, used to
be there. I have tried to un-install and re-install, but no change. Any
help? I have already been advised to find and rename outcmd.dat and delete
extend.dat. These files were not on my computer!

When you search for those files you may need to
look for "Hidden" files. There is an option for this
when you open the find window.

You may also need to open your Outlook program
to MAXIMIZE size. Outlook will hide some buttons
if the window is too small to show them all.

Nikki,
This is a "Menu" item, not a tool bar button. Even so Outlook still hides
some for a moment, but I have checked anyway. It is GONE!

Did you try the Search for "Hidden" files?
