outlook opens multiple windows when clicking mail links

Hi,
Am using outlook 2003 when i click on email address on a mail it is opening
multiple ie windows. What i want is outlook to open new message window.
Any help

Repair the "URL:MailTo Protocol" file type using the Folder Options applet.
