Outlook opening sound

Hello,
all.
I have both windows XP Pro and Mac computers. I have
office on both of them. On the macintosh, Outlook opens
with a really cool sound. I have duplicated, actually
bettered the sound, with my keyboard, however, I don't
know if Outlook for windows supports a sound when opening
the program. I hope someone can tell me if it is possible
to insert a sound when Outlook opens.
