Outlook OLKB Folder (Outlook XP)

I have a user that has a large nnumber of attachments saved. When they open
an attachment and then click on save rather than save as, it defaults to
Documents and Settings/Username/Local Settings/Temporary Internet Files/OLKB.
Problem is that I cannot access the OLKB folder to move these attachments
elsewhere like to My Documents. I have checked folder settings to show hidden
files and folders with no luck. Any suggestions please??? This has now become
a mission to figure out, lol. Thanks in advance.

Try using DOS..we have this issue all the time. I can access it by Windows
but we have accessed through DOS as well.

"cd documents and settings"
"cd user name"
"cd local settings"
"cd temporary internet files"
"cd dir olk*"
