I installed Outlook 2003 on my computer. I am ready to pull my hair out. I
get the following error message:

Unable to open your default email folders....outlook.nst is not an offline
folder.

I put in my email address and password, but the outlook 2003 that is
installed on my laptop is working fine. I need to transfer everything from
my laptop to my desktop. We use xmission.com for our ISP and the logon info
on the laptop is mailcenter.xmission.com, and the desktop will not accept
that as an email address.

Help!

Offline folders have a .ost file extension. However, I believe a .nst file
is due to using the Lotus Notes Connector.

Ask the support staff at xmission.com how to configure your account.
