Outlook Notifier with Incredimail add-on

My mailbox notifier is on my desktop but when I get a E-Mail nothing happens.
Any help? Thanks, Gary

What version/mode/SP level of Outlook (help | about)? If you disable
Incredimail & restart Outlook does it work?
