Outlook Notes?

How do I hide Outlook Notes that have down loaded from my Palm when I
synchronised with the desktop. I do not want to delete them, as they form
part of my Palm back-up, but I do not want to leave them accessible to
intruders.
 
Protect your computer. "Hiding" doesn't work when your computer has been
compromised already.
