I can't use my outlook. If I try to delete my trash I get this message also
when I try to send an email "The file
C:\DocumentsandSettings\HP_Administrator\Local Setting\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook\outlook.nst is in use and could not be accessed.
Close any applications using this file and try again" Nothing else is open
and it won't receive emails either. If anyone can help, I would greatly
appreciate it.

Is this a typo? There is no "outlook.nst" file. If someone has been
working on this computer perhaps they accidentally renamed the "outlook.OST"
(offline) or "outlook.PST" file incorrectly.

No Typo, I brought up the error message and copied the message word for word
as I was typing my messgae to this board, I had hoped to copy and paste the
message but it wouldn't let me highlight it.

Have you tried removing and reinstalling the Notes Connector?

Not true. The Notes Connector creates NST files that act similarly to OST
files.
