Outlook not working with XP SP2

Hi, I recently installed Service pack 2 on XP home and since then Outlook
will not log onto download e-mails. I have checked (and double checked) my
settings to no avail. When testing connection it find the servewrs but
receives no response. It suggests SSL settings be changed but there appear to
only be two options and neither have worked.

I have Norton Internet security installed which it has been suggested is
clashing with SP2 security features.

Any insight gratefully received.

Installing SP2 will automatically enable Windows' built-in firewall.
Disable it and see if that changes anything.

Norton IS also contains a firewall and two firewalls running on the same
machine can interfere with each other.
