MS Outlook 2003 won't automatically receive messages when I start it up. I
found under Tools, Options, Mail Setup how to "SEND immediately when
connected", but not how to automatically RECEIVE when connected. I always
have to click on "Send/Receive" before any of my messages are downloaded. If
it is supposed to do it automatically, mine does not. Is there any way to fix
this?

You need to set up a polling time for checking for new messages: "Schedule
an automatic Send/Receive every ___ minutes." Tools menu, Options, Mail
Setup tab, Send/Receive button.
