Outlook not able to open

I try to open outlook 2003 and i get this message: Unable to pen default
email folder. MAPI was unable to load the information service msncon.dll.

My hope is to take all contacts from a palm based program and import them
into microsoft outlook and sync with my new samsung 730i through windows
mobile OS.

Is it because of my email going through MSN.com/Qwest?

I need any assistance that my lead me to furthering this process. It's hard
enough just making a switch from a Kyocera 7135 to the Samsung. Thanks!

This is a reference to the Outlook Connector. Do you have a paid MSN
account and did you uninstall the Outlook Connector?

My msn account is part of my Qwest internet service which I believe is a
nominal fee. Whether or not I uninstalled the Outlook Connector is beyond
me. How I've got something to work is that I installed an older version of
outlook 2000 that I had previously and it appears to work, since it gave me
an opportunity to reset how I wanted to use the program.

If you can help me reinstall the Outlook Connector for the 2003 version that
would be great! Thanks David

You must visit the Members area of MSN and download the version of the
Outlook Connector that applies to your Outlook version. There shold be
instructions on how to install it. I don't use it, myself.
