Outlook Newsgroups

In the beta version, where do I get to the outlook newsgroups ?
in Office/Outlook 2000, it was under the Go-News, I cant seem to locate this
in this beta version, is it an add on, or am I looking in the wrong place?

Nothing has changed. Those menu items simply launch Outlook Express for news
reading and have nothing to do with Outlook.
