Outlook Newsgroup setup

I am trying to make a connection to a newsgroup that I like to use.

I've gone to Tools/Customize/Categories/GO/Commands - can't find NEWS.

NEWS was there earlier and I took it and dragged it over the GO in the
menu bar and dropped it in. I saw it there because I moved it's
position towards the top. When I went back, it wasn't there any
longer. I've closed out of Outlook and even turned my HP laptop off
and back on. Still no NEWS on my GO. When I go back through the
process of selecting NEWS from the commands, it's not there anymore.

Any help would be appreciated.

Make sure you've got Outlook Express set as your default newsreader in
Control Panel-> Internet Options-> tab Programs
