Outlook needs to shut down

I have Outlook 2002 (XP) and keep receiving an error
message that says:

"Microsoft Outlook has encountered a problem and needs to
close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

I have installed the latest updates, including service
pack 3 for Outlook 2002. The problem was solved for a
while but now it is back and occuring frequently.

You should try running the detect and repair option from the Help menu
within Outlook and see if that helps.

at first you have to chage the version of your outlook,
there is something damage in your system can be a dll but
as I say instal a older version of office and then the
actual version
