Outlook needs to show reminders on top of other open windows.

I would like more control on the format of reminders. Like having them show
on top of all the other open windows on my computer. Volume control would be
nice too. I often miss my reminders if I don't see the task bar button change
color. The radio in my office drowns the quiet reminder chime and the
reminder window opens under whatever I am working on, so I don't see it until
I close the window.
