Outlook 2003 should allow reminders in all Task folders

Reason: It is not easy to keep tasks that have reminders about different
projects all in the same folder. It is much better to keep a task in the
folder that the project needs it in, and be reminded when it is due.

That is supported in Outlook 2007.
