outlook messages are deleting

various email messages coming into a mailbox are being
automatically sent to the deleted folder without ever
having made it into the inbox. Any clues?

Hi Laura,

In Outlook you have something called rules which filters your emails to
folders if you class them as junk e.t.c check in there, under the tools menu
i think.

Also if you are using Outlook XP it could be a security measure by microsoft
to prevent viruses.
