How can I create a single rule that will move a message
from the Inbox to another if one of several words is found
in the body of the message.
I need to filter on several different word, but can't
create a separate rule for esch word as my rules file
becomes too big.

Thanks
Dave

You can add as many words (actually they are phrases) as you want in a
rule that tests against the content of the message. Just add the clause
"with <specific words> in the body".

Thanks for replying, but I am still having problems.
Do I need to use any punctuation and/or delimiters,
because it is taking all the words as a required phrase,
whereas I need to fire my rule if any of the words appear.

You enter a word (actuall a string). Hit enter. That string goes into
the list. You enter another string, hit Enter, and that word gets added
to the list. If you look at the list, it shows that all the strings are
OR'ed, so any of them appearing will trigger the condition as true.
