Outlook Message and Calendar Problems

I have Outlook 2002. Two recent problems have occurred. I have clients that
email me and set up meetings with me that are not on my server.

Problem 1) Today, when one emailed me, I could see her comments to a message
I originated in Preview Pane, but when I opened the message, her response was
not there, only my original message showed up.

Problem 2) One client sends me meeting invites that only allow me to reply
vs. accept. Others send me meeting invites and I am able to accept.

Any thoughts?

Something, somewhere, on some server, router, client, etc - the rich text
formatting is getting stripped out. If you don't have that intact, all you
get is a regular e-mail message.
