Outlook Mail Sent Sound

Does anyone know if it is possible to add a sound scheme to the program that
executes MAIL SENT? This program is not in the original set of programs in
Sounds and Audio Devices. I have New Mail Notification but a user in my
households wants Mail Sent Notification also.

There must be some third party softwares for this.
