Outlook - mail merge

I imported my contacts from Outlook 2000 to Outlook 2003.
I can no longer do a mail merge from outlook 2003. One
message I get is "... schdmapi.dll could not be loaded".

What am I doing wrong?

Make sure Outlook is set as your default mail program.
Rename schdmapi.dll and run Detect and Repair...
