When I create a new email and click on the "to" box - a list of my contacts
pops up. Many of the contacts appear duplicated - the reason being that one
is for an e-mail address and the other is a fax number. If I try to find
out which one I have, by going to "properties" it opens the contact's file
giving me all of their info. How can I get only the e-mails for my contacts
in this list? And what if the contact has more than one email address?
Thanks in advance...

Normal behavior. See http://www.slipstick.com/contacts/nofax.htm
