Outlook Outlook macro

Hi,

i am using windows XP, outlook 2000
i want to write a macro which will transfer the received mail directly to the file server network folder.
Does anybody have ever tried it
Please reply
 
From your Menu Bar, goto Tools, then Rules and Alerts - the rest should be self explanatory.
