Outlook locks up

Outlook has been working fine until yesterday. Now it
locks up while trying to load. I have updated my virus
scan an found no viruses when scanning was complete.

The message I get tells me to run Office XP Professional
with FrontPage. I followed the instructions but still
cannot load outlook. Can you help?
