Outlook locks up when scheduling or accepting appointments

When I try to schedule an appointment with others or accept an appointment,
Outlook will lock up
 
This is happening to me as well. If anyone has a solution, please let me
know how to fix this too. Each time this happens I need to restart Outlook.
