Outlook lagging when I open the attachment e-mail

I'm using Win XP pro and Outlook 2003 sp2, everytime when I tried to
open the attachment e-mail, the outlook will become very lag or stop
response, but no problem for those without attachment mail.

Have you cleared your attachment cache lately? Microsoft Outlook uses a
temporary folder to save and open the attachments. By default that folder is:

C:\Documents and Settings\%USER_NAME%\Local Settings\Temporary Internet
Files\OLK#\ (where # is a random number)

I tried to search for the "OLK# file" in Temporary Internet Files but I
can't found it.
How to clear the "OLK# file"? just delete it or any step I should follow?

The "#" is not a literal character. It means "OLK followed by some number".
