Outlook keeps indicating a problem and shutting down. fix?

Please post the following information in order to help us troubleshoot:

1) Version of Outlook
2) E-mail environment (POP3, Exchange, etc.)
3) Any error messages, numbers
4) Any troubleshooting steps you have already taken so we don't duplicate
your work or our suggestions

I am using Outllo 2003 and POP3
