outlook: junk mail won't function

my junk mail won't function...was working fine and suddenly quit working a
few months ago...tried to download service pack but it said I needed a disc
on front page 2000 which I don't have and not going to buy and could not
by-pass to complete the download...so I don't know if that would fix it or
not...any suggestions???email... (e-mail address removed) ...
