outlook Junk E-mail Filter Updates Feb 2009 (kb959634)

Hello
If have a issue with the installation of the Junk Mail Update from Feb 2009
I get allways the standard message that the Update is not correct.
I have installed the German Office 2007 Enterprise Edition and additional
the Language packs in spanish and english.

Have anybody a simalar configuration and the same issue.

The Error Code is 80070641

The Steps in the nice helpfile are not helpfull.
