Outlook Outlook itemsend event not working

Hi
i'm new this forum :p

i am trying to setup a small vba program that checks when an email is sent if the proper file is attached. I discovered the ItemSend event and started to test it successfully yesterday, but today the same code (in Outlook current session) is not working anymore! If i send an email it just ignores it, i tried to debug it but it doesn't even reach the beginning of the code. Any idea? Thanks!
