Outlook ItemRemove event not firing at all ??

Hi,

I found that ItemRemove event in Outlook Object Model of Outlook 2003 Beta 2
(with Technical Refresh) does not fire at all under Visual Studio .NET 2003
C#? Has anybody encountered the same problem as me?
