Outlook it goes to "Offline"

Old Time

This is the 1st time using Outlook.
When I bring Outlook up it goes to "Offline" status.
 
Have you configured it with the proper account settings?

If you need further troubleshooting help, you really have to supply a whole
lot more info for us to work with.
