Every email I create and hit enter
The next line always Capitolizes the first letter even if I don't need it and
Just want to keep going.

Where in word can I turn this off. I did notice is if I change the email
from HTML to Rich text it goes
away. But what if I want to use HTML to send email?

Are you hitting enter after each line? Only do it at the end of a paragraph.
Outlook will wrap the lines as needed.

Which version of Outlook? Did you look in tools, options, spelling?

What if I want to hit enter to continue a sentence? I looked it Tools,
Options, Spellling. Nothing that I can see.

If you're using Word, it's on Tools>AutoCorrect Options. Uncheck
"Capitalize first letter of sentences". If you're using the Outlook editor,
it's Tools>Options>Spelling>AutoCorrect Options. Uncheck "Capitalize first
letter of sentences".

In an open message, tools, autocorrect. note that the setting will apply to
word documents too.
