Outlook is TOO slow

I recently put the Business Contact manager on and it slowed down outlook.
Everytime I am using it all I get is the hourglass. Is there any fix for
this?

BCM is very slow for me too. You are not alone.

I just removed BCM as the speed drop was not worth it, hope they come up
with a fix !
